Carriages At Midnight

After more than 20 years of playing at ceilidhs and for dancers, Chris Duncan and Catherine Strutt decided it was time to put together an album that consists of dances and demonstration sets. Scots On The Rocks chose the dances with Chris and Catherine choosing the tunes that would be played for each dance. Fortunately, the names of each tune that Chris and Catherine chose are in the album cover enabling me to add this album to The Session.
The other person that I know of that has recorded such music is Muriel Johnstone. The names of the tunes do not appear on Muriel’s Albums, only the type of dance eg 8x 32 Reel although I do not have any of her cds so there is a chance that the names of the tunes may appear on the cover.
