Released in 2019 by an extraordinarily gifted young piper from Sleat on the Isle of Skye. Ably assisted on fiddle by Aidan O’Rourke (who also produced the recording) of Lau, Radie Peat from Lankum on concertina, and the famous, and inimitable, singer and piper Rona Lightfoot.

This album has blown me away, after discovering it only recently. The subtlety of the playing is wonderful. Beautifully produced too. ‘Tornala Maika’ is a corker.
