There are/were two (maybe more) people called Seán Dunphy who’ve released recordings in Ireland and both of them are on this very short album (which is presumably only available in a digital format).

The better known of the two is the Dublin-born singer (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sean_Dunphy) who led The Hoedowners showband and also had a successful solo career. Here he is with The Hoedowners on ‘Black and Tan Gun’ - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jxW9poFC0ys.
