This was released by Dolphin Records in Dublin in 1976. As far as I’m aware it has never been reissued either as an LP or in CD format.
Named after the leader of the failed French invasion in 1798 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Joseph_Amable_Humbert), the band consisted of:
Mary Black - vocals (tracks 2, 4, 6, 8 and 11);
Steve Dunford - bodhrán and bones;
Shay Kavanagh - guitar;
and, Ruarí Somers - uilleann pipes and tin whistle.

I was told that they took the name more directly from the Castlebar pub where they regularly met.
