The album cover really is printed with “Danann” not Dannan, apparently this is not uncommon - are there really two accepted spellings for “De Dannan”?

By a strange coincidence, I was looking at this earlier today. The earlier recordings were certainly by “De Danann”. However, the cassette version of the first LP had the name as “De Dannan”.
According to “Wikipedia”, : “In 1985 the spelling of the name was changed from ”Dé Danann“ to ”De Dannan“ for reasons that have never been made clear”.
I’m going to look at the original recordings I have and make the appropriate changes.
