Sult night ?

What is the “ Sult night ’ ?

To the best of my knowledge this session is defunct.
A new session with a different timetable run by different people has recently started in the same room on Thursdays, but (presumably for software reasons) it’s entry has disappeared.
Contact fiddleruairi ( for details.

Actual timetable - every week.

It’s official - Jeremy says he will not allow a new entry as the place is the same. Just note that the “2nd and 4th Wednesdays” is completely wrong.

is this session still on?

am in from the US - Boston, MA, till Jan 26 and seeking a session to attend in NSW, Sydney. I play the fiddle and know a few of the traditional irish tunes, not much of anything else. Polkas, jigs, reels, hornpipes. Thanks for any info you can provide.

I’m kindling a new weekly session at the club, to which all are welcome. The first was at 3pm last Sunday (Jan 25th) and will continue on next Sunday at 3pm. The day of the week might change in future to better suit other sessions are on in Sydney.

Facebook group for closer details -

Good man, I’m moving out there in late Feb and I’m looking at living in and around here or Newtown.

So, staggering distance basically.

Re: Irish Gaelic Club

Hi all

is this session still on? Is it open to intermediate tinwhistle players wanting to practice with others unless you play tunes fast?🙂 In any case, it would be great to come to listen, have a beer and meet you!
