Fishermans session

This is a very friendly session. Like all, it can be very busy. On average there are about players. Sometimes 19. Lots of Scottish pipes tunes but Irish tunes are always welcome

Normal Service Resumed

The complaints weren’t about noise but about pipes!

After a short break, session is back up and running again and just as busy as ever.

As of August 2011…

… the Fish session is still going strong -- it’s usually underway by 8:30PM these days, and the last of us get kicked out when the pub closes around 1AM. It’s always throughly enjoyable, with a good mix of songs and tunes, trad and modern, Scottish and elsewhereish…

We managed to beat the 19 attendees Paul mentions above a few weeks ago, when a coachload of fiddlers turned up on their way to a workshop. Turn up early to claim the comfier seats!
