Patsy Fagan’s Traditional Music Session

This is a monthly session meeting the Third Saturday of each month. Things start relatively early, currently 5:00 - 7:00 PM though you should check the Lebanon Arts Council website for updated details This Session has been running for just over two years. It started in Cahill’s Fish and Chip shop in 2007 and followed the proprietor Suzanne Cahill to her new bar March 2009. It is a very friendly group of players and singers, with a great range of expertise, from beginners to experts. There are usually two or three singers who sing both in Irish and English, and frequently encourage crowd participation.

January 2010 Session

Wonderful turnout for this one. I counted 26 musicians and singers. People visiting us from as far away as York and the Allentown area. How many sessions can boast two GOOD Harpists?
Among my highlights were the set including, "John Ryan’s Polka" and Steve Stanislaw’s singing.
