The Emerald Centre

The local Comhaltas bash, monthly on the first or second Friday of the month. Beginners classes weekly on different days for adults and kids too.

This session is now always on the second Friday of the month from 20.15 until late with bar open and food/drink break at 22.00. Attendance by musos over the last three years has gradually slumped and we’re now lucky to have a handful of players if our good mates up the M69 at Coventry Comhaltas don’t come. So if you fancy coming to a decent session with mainly Irish players, songs and the odd bit of storytelling please try and get down to the Emerald Centre soon.

We now have the added attraction of set dancing to the session - well some of it. If you’re one of the folk who used to come and has lapsed, for whatever reasons, we’d love to see you back!
