Very very friendly waitstaff, and very fun, engaging and encouraging patrons to enjoy it all.

Whilst visiting Denver I went to 3 sessions, the first 2 were mainly about tunes. Then I went to Clancy’s which was included songs, mainly Celtic. I had an awesome night, I think English Phil hosted it , everyone was very welcoming and encouraging, the craic was mighty. Would love to stay longer and return. with thanks to Phil and the others. I am pleased to announce I’ve been given the reigns of the Clancy’s session leader. Our format will always be turn based. We will always remain a mixed session i.e. Songs and Instrumentals. We will always welcome those who are just learning to those who are masterful pros. Come join us at the greatest pub in town, Clancy’s.

I was in the session at Clancy’s last Tuesday. Very welcoming musicians (John, Dal, Susan and the others). The tunes were played at an acceptable pace and they were also many songs. The food and beverages at the pub are really good. Don’t miss it if you are around Denver!

There are now two regular sessions at Clancy’s. The Wednesday session is an open, welcoming session anchored by a few very experienced musicians. It is primarily a tunes-only session (if you want more songs, try the Tuesday session). We play from 6PM-9PM.

This session alternates between the front room and back room each week, since there is a jazz trio that plays every other Wednesday in the big back room.

Had a great time at the Tuesday session! Incredibly welcoming group of folks. Happy to play along with any song or tune you can bring and do it with a laugh.
