The Snug Pub

Second and last Weds of the month, 7pm, musicians setup at 6:30.
Advanced players, but all levels welcome.

Host Peter Fraterdeus plays fiddle, tenor banjo, flute and whistles. His repertoire is largely influenced by the Donegal fiddling of Mairéad Ní Mhaonaigh (Altan), Dennis Murphy and Julia Clifford, Martin Hayes, and the Chicago area sessions with John Williams.

Re: The Snug Pub

If you’re on you’re way to the Big Top Chautauqua, or the Apostle Islands on the great inland sea (Lake Superior), you’ll pass right by the Snug in Washburn. Even if there’s no session, stop in Wednesday through Sunday for a pint, let Kristy’s authentic fish and chips on Fridays!
