1645 Inn

Weekly session just started, 7-10pm on Wednesdays in the conservatory at The 1645 Inn in Auldearn, near Nairn. Beginners to experts and anyone in between are welcome to join in this friendly session, playing mainly Scottish and Irish trad but also folk music and songs. Plenty of parking and regular bus service.

Re: No Session

The new owners have decided they don’t want to host a regular session after all, so this was a one off. Thanks to everyone who came along this evening and contributed to the craic. CT

Re: Nairn Community Centre

7:30-9:30pm on Wednesdays.
Friendly, welcoming trad session in the Community Centre, musicians and singers of all ages and abilities welcome. This is mainly a mix of trad and folk but all musicians and spectators are welcome. Very relaxed and though it can occasionally be fast-paced, it is usually slower. We also sometimes learn new stuff together and welcome musicians from all over the world.
