The Yankee Chipper
The session at The Yankee Chipper (just outside NW Philadelphia) has been running for nearly a year now. Every Wednesday, 7-9 pm. Piper Patrick Carroll and fiddler Hollis Payer take turns anchoring the session. A varying skill level, but always friendly. The fish and chips are the best!

Went to this one in late June ’23 and enjoyed it. Very friendly and the level of musicianship seemed pretty high. According to some of the regulars, the restaurant is about to close for a major renovation, so the session will be suspended until reopening - scheduled for sometime in September 2023. I’ll try to post an update here if I get more details.
