Simply mad for this music…

Here it is, as promised; the 2nd tune in the set after Nell Sullivan’s (off the CD of the year so far, Paudie O‘Connor & John O’Briens’s “Wind & Reeds”). In the past, if you told me someone had made a CD of Kerry music played as duets on Pipes & Accordion, I would’ve said “No thanks, that probably sounds AWFUL!” This is absolutely not the case here, as the musicianship is so outstanding (from the way they play together to the choice of tunes) that it is a joy to listen to. As I said in the notes to the previous tune, I cannot recommend this CD highly enough. Enjoy!
