This among my favorite tunes. It was composed by Galway accordianist Martin Mulhare. Once you get the arpeggios down the tune is pretty easy. Kick up the tempo for an extra injection of craic.
Oops. This is supposed to be in Dmajor, not Gmajor. Sorry!
It is sometimes played in G major - perhaps the original key - beginning: B,2DB, G,B,DB, …
Known by the composers name…
This one’s called Mulhaire’s around the local sessions…
Wrong
PLEASE, DELETE THIS TUNE. DUE TO THE MISTAKE ON THE KEY IT CAME UP AWFULLY WRONG, WITH ALL THE C NATURALS WHEN THEY SHOULD BE SHARP. DON‘T LEARN THE TUNE FROM THIS SETTING. FOR THE RIGHT VERSION LOOK AT “MULHAIRE’S”.
“Mulhaire’s” in triplicate ~ 1 of 3 ~ & here’s #2 & 3
