Four comments

I learnt this tune off Eoin’s album The Third Twin. I learnt it in CMaj on a D whistle but realised only later that he plays it on a C whistle on the album (this can be shown by the fact he finishes on low C as well as doing a gentle/quick roll on a high c somewhere) But it does work well in C-on-D flute if you’re prepared to bend the unique f (natural) in the tune.

Here’s the ABC for the D version:

Played slow and gentle.
Sweet dreams!

Further notes on natural notes…

… bending that F natural will give the tune the rock-a-bye nyah it deserves.
A tip for beginner whistle players: to get that C natural very natural, use a very close fingering; perhaps lifting only the LH index and RH middle fingers.
For other tunes in C in the repertoire, see my thread in the Comments section of The Cloone (reel) https://thesession.org/tunes/1644
