Louis Quinn

This is one of several tunes named by Ed Reavy (or his son Joe, who did a lot of work on the publishing) for Louis Quinn. An Armagh native he was a prominent New York fiddler and band leader for many years. He was a close musical friend of Lad O’Beirne, a leader of traditional music clubs in New York before Comhaltas existed, and the father of a large and talented musical family.
