I learnt this off Garry Shannon’s album, "Loozin’ Air", and always kind of assumed it would be on this site, until I realised just now that it wasn’t.
I’m afraid there’s not much else I can say about this tune - I don’t know who wrote it (or if it’s known who, even), and I’ve never heard it played in a session, or anywhere else in fact, apart from Garry’s album.
This reel is attributed to Patsy Moloney, Brimingham flute player. Here’s Marcus Hernon’s version:

Nice tune! :-)
The Temple in the Glen
It turned out that this reel was indeed composed by Birmingham-based flute player Patsy Moloney. It appears on his recent solo album. The title of the tune may refer to Templeglantine, West Limerick, where Patsy originally comes from.
The Temple in the Glen, X:3
It was transcribed from Patsy Moloney’s flute playing.
