Three comments

Fantastic inventive tune from Simon Bradley- sleeve notes say “Peninsula Man relates to summer holidays spent on the rugged Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal where my father is from.”
So there you go.

One of my Favourite tunes, also worth checking out Eamonn Coyne and Kris Drever’s version on their excellent Honk Toot Suite album.

Peninsula Man, X:2

This is an absolutely fantastic tune! On the recording with Luke Plumb, Simon rips through the tune three times and has lovely, complicated and surprising new variations each time. My setting comes from his first time through. What’s been posted so far seems to be more of the variations than the bones.
