I did think twice about submitting this because it sounds like so many other slip jigs, but I haven’t been able to find an exact match, so here it is.
"Mickey Sweeney" is listed on the LP cover as one of the sound engineers on this album, so it’s very likely that the band didn’t have a name for the tune and decided to give him a bit of credit in the absence of the original title.
Just noticed on the LP label that Dave Bulmer is listed as this tune’s composer. It does sound as if he’s knitted together a few parts from some other jigs, though, but perhaps does explain the title.
