What this tune’s about…
I Composed this tune after seeing a line from Robert Burns..
” Oh man, let nature be your teacher ”
An also my warning for those who think maybe
there is no such athing as climate change.
This Abc was made up for me by ceolachan of thesession.org

Me Playing my tune ..
;-)
I enjoy Jim’s tune and have given it some time, and a bit of steppin’ too. But I confess I choose to take it as a 16 bar highland fling. That’s the way it speaks to me and I find it fits the dance well… ;-)
Some young-uns, and that can now be folks in their 50s and up, have often called highland flings ‘barndances’. Older and wiser folk, many no longer with us, clearly saw a destinction between the various generally swung forms and would not mistake a barndance for a highland fling, or vice versa. :-D
Nice tune!
(but it doesn’t seem to me a barndance).
…and nice title!
