it goes down to the low B in 4th bar the second half. i know this isn’t possible on the D flute, but trust me, that is how he wrote the tune
The title probably refers to the Central Hotel in Glasgow where McGoldrick used to hang out during Celtic Connections - it’s where he gave out his books of matches.
