This was taken from The Battlefield Band’s 1980 album "Home Is Wgere the Van Is", where they played it at the start of a set. They then went into the same tune as a reel:
It is a version of tune composed by Andrew Gow (1760-1803, son of Niel Gow and brother of William Gow (1751-1791), Nathaniel Gow (1763-1831) and John Gow (1764-1826), with whom he was a partner in a music publishing company in London.
