A reel from Shetland. The title translates as "North of the Walls (dykes) of Voe". It is said to be a ‘trowie tune’, and it was heard "benort da daeks o’ Voe" (The Home of a Naturalist: Rev. Biot Edmonston & Jessie M E Saxby, 1888).
There is another reel under the name of "Ahint da Daeks o’ Voe", which I’ll post later, if nobody else does. The two tunes go well together.

Here is another version, similar to one that appears in Peter Cooke’s 1986 book "The Fiddle Tradition of the Shetland Isles".
