I learnt this and transcribed it from Capercaillie’s “Voice of Capercaillie” - a Japanese-issued compilation of tracks from Crosswinds and Sidewaulk.
This reel - full name “Mrs Charles Stewart - Pettyvaich” was composed by William Marshall (1748-1833) and published in his posthumous 1845 collection. Pettyvaich, or Pittyvaich, is near Dufftown, where much whisky is made, including Glenfiddich.
