This is really a slow air, and is usually played with a lot of freedom of rhythm. It does work quite nicely as a waltz too, though. The title is Manx Gaelic for Goodnight Song, and is normally sung/played at the end of gatherings. The lyrics are:
Te traa goll thie, as goll dy lhie,
Ta’n stoyll ta foym greinnagh mee roym,
Te signal dooin dy ghleashagh.
Te tayrn dys traa ny lhiabbagh.
My ghuillyn vie, shegin dooin goll thie,
Ta’n dooid cheet er y chiollagh,
Te geginagh shin dy gholl dy lhie,
Te bunnys traa dy ghraa, Oie vie.
