Liam O’Flynn’s

From the Playing of Liam O’Flynn.

Jack - can we hear Liam with this tune on any recording, youtube or?

Duplicate…

This was recorded by Frankie Kennedy and Mairead ni Mhaoinaigh on their very first duo recording under the title "Tommy Peoples’". It will be here already under that name, but there are a lot of "Tommy Peoples’ "reels here.
Liam O’Flynn has recorded it - I’ll try to find where.

Should be "11" years ago.

Some variations on this lovely tune.

Re: Liam O’Flynn’s

PLEASE NOTE: this tune has been wrongly accredited to Liam O’Flynn (common convention when giving a tune "from the playing of…" is to call it their "favourite", naming the tune directly after the player implies that they wrote it). This is a Tommy Peoples’ composition and is already listed:

Not sure what the need is for this tune to be on twice, or for unnecessary "variations" to be appended, as this implies they are not legitimate "versions" in their own right.
