A lovely waltz with a Scottish feel. I don’t know who wrote this tune.
Submitted just a single voice, as a lot of ABC converters don’t work with multi part pieces.
There is also a wee error at the end of the first section. G6 doesn’t work with the anacrusis, so I changed it to G4.
Where did you get this waltz? I don’t recognise it. It isn’t the same tune as one with the same name composed by Cape Breton fiddler Michael Barron.
Kim Bibby-Wilson, who plays this on Northumbrian pipes in F, wrote it for her daughter when she was but a wee bairn (she’s just graduated from Uni). I wrote the harmony, the arrangement is published in More Airs for Pairs.
