Paddy Cronin’s

I was perusing some old videos of Paddy Cronin on Youtube recently when I came upon a clip of Nicholas and Anne McAuliffe (fiddle & flute) playing this tune. It states in the clip that the tune is a composition of the man himself. I had never heard it before, but judging from the fact that it is (1 played very much in the style of Paddy and (2 played by players from County Kerry (Castleisland) who very well could have gotten the tune directly from him, I think this may actually be legit. Any thoughts would be most welcome. Here is the aforemetioned clip:

Enjoy!

Thady Quill, the tune Eoin O’Sullivan plays here is Frankie Gavin’s tune, Alice’s Reel. https://thesession.org/tunes/179

I myself often have problems keeping Em tunes apart in my mind - I call it the E minor vortex. There’s a similar vortex in A minor.
