Ernie’s Tune

Ernie plays accordion with the Orkney Strathspey and Reel Society. Years ago, he heard a tune on the radio; this was it, as near as he could remember. The Society has been playing it ever since, but nobody knows what the original tune might have been called, and I’ve drawn a blank with FolkTuneFinder. Does anyone out there have a name for it?
