The first jig played by Liz Carroll in this video. Also recorded on the 1995 album Trian II, of which Liz Carroll was a member. Can’t find much concrete info about the tune, but it’s possibly one of Liz’s compositions. The group CrossHarbour do a version of it and call it the "Chigago jig".
From the insert accompanying "Trian II" :
"Eleanor Neary [ piano ] and her husband Jimmy [ fiddle ], spent a lot of time both encouraging and dazzling the younger musicians growing up in Chicago - "Eleanor Neary’s" is just one of the unique tunes that Liz learned from Eleanor".
Re: Eleanor Neary’s
