It sounds much more like a jig than a reel in Andy May’s album "Yellow Haired Laddie." I’m guessing he probably modified the tune a bit so that it could fit the jig time signature.

I just watched the YouTube video linked in the earlier comment. May might have created a different tune and called it "Phil’s Favourite."
