Composed by Stolen Notes piper Alejo Parra. Second and fourth bar in both parts are composed in 9/8 (2+2+3+2), so the whole third part can be played like binary or (4/4) because combination of 9 and 7 is 16/8.
I added this setting, but as you can see, the sound is exactly the same as the setting X:1. It is just that I transcribed the tune as a reel.
The thing is that there is quite a lot of syncopation in this tune. Interesting way of looking at the syncopation in the setting X:1.

I see in the setting X:2 that I did it shows the numbers 9/8 in the time signature but it should show 4/4. The website is not allowing me doing it. The rest is correct. The midi file is good as well.
