I think there may be some bars missing in the third part of this transcription. If you check it against Anneborg Lien’s playing on it sounds as though the first four bars of that section should be repeated after bar 8, so making the whole part 16 bars long instead of the 12 as written. Sounds logical, too. There’s also a very nice setting of this tune by The Danish String Quartet on ‘Last Leaf’ (ECM Records, 2017).

It has nothing to do with the Irish tradition, but is perhaps a justification for a reasonably relaxed approach to acceptable submissions to this site.
