Amhran Na Tra Baine

I recorded Micho Russel playing this in 1983ish. It obviously isn’t a jig! It is an air and song tune and would be better in 6/4. Played quite slowly. It is the tune to Micho’s song about the man who invented the submarine. He played it on a Clarke’s C whistle. He had loads of different whistles but preferred playing the cheapest, breathiest one! A great man sadly missed.
