The Duke Of Edinburgh

I’ve played this tune for years but couldn’t remember the name of it. I asked on the discussion forum if anyone recognised it and CreadurMawnOrganig came up trumps. This first setting, X:1, is from The William Ross Collection of 1869.

The Duke Of Edinburgh, X:2

This second setting is from A Collection of Bagpipe Music by James Bett, 1899. Almost identical to the first but with fewer triplets and no repeats.

The Duke Of Edinburgh, X:3

The third setting is the way i play it. I have no recollection of where or whom I learned it from.
