Dated April 1st 1964, though I suspect that’s probably just when it was notated. The tune is marked "By Ed Reavy", and the page of music (which also includes "Jim Erwin’s Hornpipe" before this one) says "Composed and written especially for Jim Erwin by Ed Reavy".

Should have said, I checked "The Collected Compositions of Ed Reavy" and Tunepal and didn’t come up with anything like this tune.
