No title for this tune

I learned this tune from a radio recording and no information was given with regard to who was playing it or its title. I think it is a great tune, with maybe some Scotish influence,I don’t know.
Maybe someone out there knows.
Good Luck

The Harley Ashtray, C: Charlie McKerron

Oh my brain. So familiar, yet it’s taken half an hour to identify. I was even working on a transcription of it a couple of days ago - finished a while back, but agonising over the swing of it. I have the second part a little differently, so I’ll put it up.
