Re: Bourree D’Aurore Sand

Cheerful and well worth a try - + guitar/piano chords.

Is it Canadian or French? George Sand (f French writer) comes to mind.

Re: Bourree D’Aurore Sand

This melody is a traditional tune of Berry (France), a bourrée, not a polka, sung by his nanny at Aurore Sand, (granddaughter of the writer George Sand) who transmitted it to the French ethnomusicologist Jean-Michel Guilcher, who then transcribed it; there is a choreography which was elaborated by Yvon Guilcher, son of the previous.
