The Leaping Trout

This is a Vincent Broderick tune I transcribed after having heard/learned it from the RTE program Ceili House at Antoine MacGanhann’s in a Broderick Jig set they played: The Old Station House/The White Stone/The Leaping Trout. It’s a very nice set - I’m especially fond of the third tune. I’ll be posting all three - on initial inspection I couldn’t find any of them on the site. This can also be found in Vincent Broderick’s Turroe Stone Vol II but I did not have the book on hand so I took it off the recording.
If you did not know, the Broderick books are transcribed by Antoine MacGabhann himself which is why for the first two tunes of the set, I was lazy and used my ABC version from the book (copy/paste) rather than my own transcription.
