As played by Billy McComiskey on his 1981 recording, "Making The Rounds". Transcribed for me some years back by Aberdeen flute player Malcolm Reavell.
There’s a reel attached to Mick Flaherty’s name on the same recording which I’ll post later. According to the CD insert notes, : "Mick Flaherty is from Tynagh, Co. Galway, and he plays a lovely old grey box in the old "push-pull" style.
A few phrases in the A Part bear resemblance to The Green Fields Of Woodford.
