Sounds like Scandinavian.

Re: Topphuvv’leken

Google suggests this is a pols (a folk dance in 3/4) from the village of Roros in Norway. It is more commonly spelled Topphuv’leken. Mary Cay Brass and friends perform this more as a Hambo on their Green Mountain record and the score captures it fairly well. Played by the Norwegians, it has a difficult to describe rhythm that you have to listen to in order to reproduce. There is some good video and an excellent score that you can find here: https://www.spillefolk.dk/nodesamling/VisYouTube.php?key=po-tophuv

There are three different video versions of the tune accessible on that page. I recommend the one by the band Smaaviltlaget.
