what a fun little tune

Get Up Old Woman And Shake Yourself, X:4

A bandmate asked me to transcribe this tune she found in the Gow Collection & to transpose it from C to D. After I wrote it out I found it in the Second Fiddler’s Tune Book in D. Upon attempting to add it here in The Session, a message said it was already entered here, hence why it’s here and not entered as an entirely new tune. This version actually sounds like a completely different tune than what I’m seeing here so I queried YouTube & found both versions. Go figure. In any case, This one is in D (modal?) with accompanying chords.
