This is presented by Martin Hayes on his Patreon site as tune #6 for free "Play Along". He gave the name of the composer, which I can’t spell, and said this tune is in line with many West Clare tunes.

@RannaC: Your transcription would be easier to read if you made your bars twice as long, as is the convention in notating reels (i.e. you need to merge adjacent bars by removing every second barline). As it stands, there is a mismatch between the time signature and the bar length.
