Stay Where You Are

An unusual jig from O’Neill’s 1001, where it’s number 327. The second part sounds a lot like the second part of The Rambling Pitchfork and the third parts sounds more like a slide or a single jig.

Stay Where You Are, X:3

This is the only setting I recall being played in a session, I can’t remember who or where, but it was definitely a considerable time ago. The first two parts are almost identical to the first setting above; the third part is memorably different, and it sometimes comes into my head when I’m playing at home, and I think : “What on earth’s that?”
