There are 2 recordings of this tune.
The Okarina has been added to 2 tunebooks.
Taken from 25 years of Celtic music double CD. I found this very tricky to transcribe and maintain the correct phrasing . The first part seems to be in 7/8 but the B part seems to be in 8/8 apart from the last bar which reverts back to 7/8. On the CD this tune leads into The Tattoo which is I think is in 8/8.
Lots of good tunes on these CDs although The Okarina and Tattoo don’t sound very Celtic .
The 7/8 is what’s called a Rutchenitsa in Bulgarian music.
They can go 3+2+2 like you have there, or the other way 2+2+3.
