Unfortunately, I don’t know anything at all about the tune or where they got it from.
With all those high Ds and the flat 7th it looks like a pipe tune transposed down a fifth.
Yes, that’s what it sounds like to me. I’ve been googling but didn’t find anything that sounds like the recording. Found another reel called “The Duke of Hamilton”, but it’s a completely different melody.
