The correct title is "La Belle s’est endormie", which means "The Beauty [beautiful lady] felt asleep".
OK, correction done. I never realized I could edit a tune posted by someone else.
The album lists it as « C’est », even though the gramatically-correct spelling is « S’est ». I will add the published title as an alternate for people searching based on the album.
