This polka is the 2nd of two of that name on the Jackie Daly Séamus Creagh LP but this version is from Glenlara near Newmarket. It was recorded and transcripted by Pat Slattery from Jer Mac (Jer McAuliffe or Jer Dan McAuliffe, b.1912) of Glenlara, Newmarket. He was a dance teacher as well as box player.
There is another entry on this site for the Four Shoves https://thesession.org/tunes/3998 , but as others have pointed out, it includes two separate tunes. Jer Mac played this tune (for which he had no name) without reference to the first one. In fact he coupled it with an interesting version of the Magic Slipper.
I have taken the liberty of modifying the last bar because I find it easier to play that way. He actually played:
