Tune by Junior Crehan as played by Kevin Crehan on An Bhabog sa Bhadog

I really do like this tune. Interestingly it is the first track on both Kevin Crehan’s CD and Grainne Hambly’s most recent Cd.

The Hills Of Coore, X:2

A barebones setting based on the version we play at our session.

Charlie Piggott mentioned that this tune and Caisleán An Óir (another Junior Crehan hornpipe) are both based on the same air.

Re: The Hills Of Coore

I had a great recording of this from Desi Wilkinson (playing as part of Cran). I seem to think it went up to the High C in the second part.

The Hills Of Coore, X:3

From the playing of Jean-Luc Thomas & David Hopkins. Transposed down from Bbdor.

The Hills Of Coore, X:4
